APTA Global Forum heads to Livingstone, Zambia next week — but you don’t have to be joining us in Africa to take part in one of the Forum’s most exciting opportunities.
The 2026 APTA Global Forum Silent Auction is now live, completely online and open to everyone.
This year’s auction features 14 incredible African travel packages with a combined value of nearly $64,000, with stays across Botswana, Kenya, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. And because bidding is entirely online, you can participate from anywhere.
Some of the Highlights
There are some truly exceptional stays up for grabs, including:
- Dulini Daunara, Okavango Delta, Botswana — Two all-inclusive nights for two, valued at $10,200
- Cottar’s 1920s Camp, Maasai Mara, Kenya — Three all-inclusive nights for two, valued at $8,250
- Dulini Anabezi, South Luangwa, Zambia — Two all-inclusive nights for two, valued at $7,860

And those are only some of the prizes available.
There are also stays in Chobe, Samburu, the Maasai Mara, Naivasha, South Luangwa, Greater Makalali and White River — giving bidders the chance to build an incredible trip across multiple destinations.
Some Very Tempting Bids
At the time of writing, several packages are still sitting well below their stated values.
A $2,200 stay at Elephant Valley Lodge in Chobe has a next minimum bid of just $599. A $2,000 stay at Samburu Intrepids Camp is at $499, while a $1,000 stay at Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort in Naivasha has a next minimum bid of just $249.
Of course, bidding will continue to change as the auction progresses — which is all the more reason to keep checking back.
Anyone Can Bid
You do not need to be attending Global Forum to participate.
Friends, family, clients, colleagues and fellow Africa lovers are all encouraged to join the auction, so please share the link widely.
You can also bid on more than one package, opening up the possibility of combining stays and building an extraordinary African itinerary of your own.
Registration is simple: visit the auction site, register with your email address, add your payment information and start bidding. Then keep an eye on your favorite prizes to make sure you haven’t been outbid.
Bidding closes at 4:00 p.m. Livingstone time on Sunday, September 27, with winners announced as APTA Global Forum comes to a close.
Whether you’ve been looking for an excuse to plan your next safari or simply know a great African travel deal when you see one, this is an auction worth exploring.
