Veteran tourism marketer David Germain is back at the Seychelles Tourism Board, bringing more than 40 years of global industry experience to lead the destination’s marketing efforts across the Americas and Canada. His return signals a renewed push to strengthen Seychelles’ presence in one of its most important long-haul tourism markets.
The Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) has announced the return of respected tourism marketing executive David Germain, who rejoined the organization on August 1, 2026, as Dedicated Representative for the Americas and Canada.
Germain returns to STB following an illustrious career spanning more than four decades in the global tourism industry, bringing extensive international marketing expertise, strategic leadership, and long-established relationships across key source markets.
He began his tourism career with Travel Services Seychelles (TSS) before joining Tourism Services Zimbabwe, where he managed operations in Victoria Falls as well as the company’s activities in Zambia and Botswana.
In 2006, Germain joined the then Seychelles Tourism Board, where he successfully led the organization’s marketing initiatives across Africa before expanding his responsibilities as Regional Director for both Africa and the Americas.
