Bushwise Exclusive has officially relocated and launched its Bushwise Advanced Safari in Botswana, marking a significant product upgrade now available on the Agent Portal.
Moving from its previous base at Dunn’s Camp in South Africa, all remaining 2026 and upcoming 2027 advanced safari packages have moved to a new wilderness location in the heart of the 11,000-hectare Tswehe Wildlife Reserve in Botswana’s legendary Tuli Block — a region rich in archaeological heritage where the terrain transitions from thick riverine forests along the Limpopo River to open savanna woodlands, punctuated by rocky outcrops and ancient Baobabs. The reserve is home to Elephant, Leopard, Lion, Hyena, Zebra, Giraffe, and Wildebeest, alongside specialist birdlife including the rare Pel’s Fishing Owl.
Lone Tree Camp
The new base, Lone Tree Camp, is an intimate off-grid sanctuary accommodating a maximum of 10 guests across five premium tented units, each with a private deck, hammock, and uninterrupted bush views. Two units are connected by an elevated walkway for families or small private groups. Camp facilities include a swimming pool and viewing deck, communal kitchen and lounge areas, free Wi-Fi, and a central firepit and boma beneath the ancient Nyala Berry Tree. A short walk from camp, an underground photographic hide positioned at a busy waterhole allows guests to observe elephant and predators at eye level.
The Ranger Experience
This isn’t a passive safari. Hosted by expert guide trainers with over a century of combined bush experience, the programme gives guests hands-on access to the skills taught to professional safari guides and conservationists. Daily activities rotate across wildlife tracking and signs, animal behaviour seminars, astronomy and natural navigation, San rock art excursions, and star sleepouts beneath the African Milky Way.
